Week 2

Nov. 20, 2018
Hello everyone! Week two went by so fast but so slow. The days feel like weeks and the weeks feel like days here at the CTM is is super weird.
Last Wednesday I was able to go to the Sao Paulo temple, If you have time i would search a picture of it because it is so beautiful! I have a lot of pictures of it but i cant send pictures, CTM rule. My experiance in the temple was amazing! First we did baptisms for the dead. I was able to be baptised and baptise, and i also did it in Portugues with was amazing. I could really feel the gift of tongues helping me as I was helping others! we also did a session but I did that in English because i wanted to know what was going on. SO for english we just had a headset on that was talking in english.
Helicoptors and airplains fly all the time here. like Army or Air force ones, they are so loud and fly like every 5 minutes its crazy,
P-Day we got to go outside the CTM and walk around the city a bit. The streets are crazy, the cars dont really have rules, and crossing the streets are crazy haha. the stores are super close together and the people that own them just live on top of them with is smart now that i think about it.  We had a divotional with elder Rasband! No he didnt come here but he went to THe Provo MTC so we got to watch a recording, In portugues lol like everything else. I loved what he said thought, he talked about or missionary servival kit, our fire starter, or our bood of mormon, our shelter, or the white handbook, and food and water or the Preach my gospel. to keep us safe and prepared for anything that comes our way.
This week we have splits with a brazian and teach an investigator in portuguese haha it will be a fun experiance to see what it will be like out in the field.
The book of mormon is so powerful! it tells of so much truth and so much right. everytime i read i feel so happy and filled with the spirtit. love you all! my time is now up haha they are kicking me off the computer
love you
